Redeeming your Jackson's Birds Gift Certificate is easy!  Simply shop as you normally would, adding the items you wish to your shopping cart.  When you have finished shopping, click on "Redeem Gift Certificate" at the bottom of any page on our website.  That will return you to this page.  Type in your Gift Certificate number, the amount of your Gift Certificate and click "Add to Cart".*

Jackson's Birds Gift Certificate policies:

Jackson's Birds Gift Certificates can only be used for purchases of bird toys, accessories and gift items.  They are not applicable toward the purchase of birds.

Jackson's Birds Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable.

Any unused portion of your Jackson's Birds Gift Certificate will remain available for future purchases under the same Gift Certificate number. If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Certificate, you must pay the balance.
